As mentioned on an MSNBC blog, all three of Tom Cruise’s marriages have ended when his wife was 33 years old.
Here’s the history:
Thomas Cruise Mapother, IV was born on July 3, 1962 (and will turn 50 next week).

Mimi Rogers was 33.
Incidentally, Ms. Rogers went on to a third marriage, and is still in that marriage, and, has had two children.
Tom Cruise then married Nicole Kidman in 1990 (with whom he later starred in “Eyes Wide Shut”).
The two remained married for three years, and, adopted two children. They divorced in 2001.
Nicole Kidman was 33.
Tom Cruise found love again and told the world about it on the Oprah show. This time, he married the young Katie Holmes (of Dawson’s Creek fame, and, more recently, “Thank You for Smoking).
Tom and Katie married in 2006, and had one child. Today, Katie Holmes announced her intentions to divorce Tom Cruise.
Katie Holmes is 33.
